- Hastur is actually an alien and from (a moe comedy take on) the Cthulhu Mythos. Technically he is actually this but he'll never wear that form as it would drive people insane to look at. (he is only one Hastur out of many Hasturs but he is still Hastur.)
- he looks like an 8 year old girl but a) is a boy and b) while their actual age is implied to be Pretty Old it's not actually given -- but we know if nothing else that he graduated from space school and spent some time in the workforce (as a librarian). He is an adult of his people.
- He has an aged-up alternate persona who looks like he's in his mid-twenties but he also rarely transforms because he prefers to be cute :X
- He actually is this cute and clumsy, it's not an act at all. He can just also be really strong and dangerous.
- FEEL FREE to have your character recognize his name. Canonically the protagonist of his series does, mostly giving the moe eldrich horrors an excuse to make lovecraft jokes at him and also play as themselves in games of Call of Cthulhu.
